1. To make white bean mash, heat oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add garlic and beans. Cook, stirring, over a low heat for 1 minute, or until warm. Stir in parsley and rind. Transfer mixture to a bowl. Add lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Mash to combine. Cover to keep warm.
2. Heat oil in same frying pan. Add tomatoes. Cook, stirring, until soft. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from pan. Cover to keep warm.
3. Toss steaks with seasoning and salt and pepper in a bowl. Heat same oiled frying pan. Cook steaks, in two batches, for 30 seconds on each side.
4. Serve on mash with tomatoes and green beans.
