Pancake with Duck, Spring Onions & Soy Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 Chinatown roast duck, boned and cut into 5 cm pieces
  • 1/2 cup hoision sauce
  • 1/2 cup oyster sauce
  • 12 Chinese pancakes
  • 2 spring onions, cut into 5cm lengths

Method

1. Preheat oven to 160C.

2. Put the duck on a paper lined baking tray and place on the middle shelf of the oven to warm through.

3. Mix together the hoision and oyster sauces and place to one side.

4. Place the pancakes in the microwave to warm through. When hot, place on a serving platter with the dipping sauce and spring onions. Carefully place the hot duck on the platter and serve immediately.
