1. Preheat the oven to 160 C. Line a 9 x 19cm (small) loaf pan with baking paper. In a medium bowl, sift together the flours, cocoa, baking powder and cinnamon.
2. Add eggwhites to a large bowl and beat with hand beaters. Add the sugar and honey and mix until pale and smooth. Continue beating while gradually adding oil.
3. Fold in half the flour mixture with 1/3 cup water. Fold in remaining flour mixture. Pour batter into tin. Bake cake 40-45 min, or until skewer comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
