Meringue Kisses

Entertain at home on Melbourne Cup Day, with these recipes from New Idea's Barbara Northwood
Ingredients
- 100g packet baby meringues
- 2 x 40g Mars bars, chopped
- icing sugar mixture, to decorate
Method
1. Place chocolate bar in a heatproof bowl. Sit bowl over a pan of simmering water, stir until melted. Remove and stand for a few minutes.
2. Sandwich meringues together with chocolate bar. Stand until set.
3. Serve dusted with sifted icing sugar mixture.
